I think this is Fremont E. Washburn, son of Hiram H. and Flora (Vining) Washburn.
The Peru, Oxford, Maine 1930 Census lists Fremont E. Washburn, age 19. He's the right age to have graduated in 1936. I find no other Fremont in the area.
